Financial compensation

Leergeld Lelystad supports children and young people aged 4 to 18, who live in the municipality of Lelystad and whose parents have a limited income, up to a maximum of 150% of the social assistance standard.

Families assisted with debt remediation and victims of the child care subsidy affair can also apply to us.

School trip/camp/excursion
Leergeld reimburses costs for school trip, camp and excursions organized by the school. The costs are reimbursed directly to the school.

To do so, complete the request form below. Please indicate in the form:
- Name and account number of the school
- Name and group of the child for whom the request is made
- Amount and any payment reference

Starter package secondary school
Leergeld provides a starter package for secondary school for children in group 8. This package consists of a backpack filled with practical school supplies.
The starter package can be requested once per child, when transferring from elementary school to secondary school.
